Friary Cottage & Courtyard Cottage
Whilst we do not rent out any of the caravans (they are all privately owned), we do have two holiday cottages for rent. They are both situated in the old farm courtyard where our medieval barn and caravan park reception are. There is now a new parking area to the rear of the cottages, and guests also have an outside seating area, as well as access to the private path with impressive views over Friary Hills conservation area and Blakeney Marshes, that leads to Blakeney village and harbour.
Friary Cottage sleeps 2 people and has a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs with a completely open-plan kitchen / living / dining area downstairs.
WiFi is provided free-of-charge
Courtyard Cottage next door is also a one-bedroom although it can also accommodate a child in the large dressing room with a day bed. Downstairs is a brand new bathroom and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.

Update on progress of the renovation

The Farmhouse is undergoing extensive renovation works and is not currently available for short term lets. Our aim was to have the Farmhouse ready for the start of the season commencing 1st March 2025, but the renovation work uncovered much more work than we had anticipated.
Work is still being carried out, the biggest part of the renovation has been completed, but we have had to make good some floor joists and floorboards whilst preparing for new carpets, this work uncovered more necessary structural work.
I can assure all our customers, new and existing, that we are working as quickly as possible to complete the renovations, but most importantly the result will be worth the wait.

Work still continues, but we see light at the end of the tunnel, much has been improved. All rooms have been fully refurbished and we will be posting photos of the improvements in due course as and when the final finishing touches have been completed.
The gardens, parking, entrance porch, and perimeter fencing have all been extensively improved.
